Seeded cauliflower soup
- 2 onions
- linseeds and mustard seeds (pre-blended)
- Sweat 2 diced onions with blended seeds
- Boil the leaves, base, stalk and florets of a white cauliflower(whole). Cut any bad bits off.
- Pour the cauliflower in the pan with the onions that are sweating down.
- Hand bend the soup
- It is ready when the temperature is over 75°c on the thermomiter.
