This is a Gluten free, seafood dish that could be great as a starter for 1 person. It uses crab. Crab farmers are in decline, so by using more crab you are helping to revive a dying industry – it is tasty too!
Mix the crab with some of the flour till it is thick. Dip it in the whisked egg, and then the flour and put in a hot pan untill it is hot and browned lightly.
you should end up with 4 horderve crab cakes and you put them in a round dish and the left over egg will make a great Crab Omelette as a topping.
It should only take 10 minutes to make the dish.
